bank of america: Gotta love Bank of America - 03/12/12 01:33 PM
Where does Bank of America get the belief that they can rekey a property they do not own, one of my listings was rekeyed by Bank of America without warning and notices were posted saying access by unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. They do not own this home, they service the note, It is in the MLS as a short sale It is being held up due to the slow response by Bank of America.

bank of america: BofA to forgive some principal in modifying loans: - 03/28/10 10:40 PM
From the Arizona Business Journal. This may be promise of movement by bank of america but i feel that it is more window dressing. In a significant move to address the foreclosure crisis, Bank of America said Wednesday that it will begin waiving some of the principal on certain troubled mortgages. The initiative will involve certain subprime and so-called option ARM loans, or option adjustable rate mortgages, as well as loans that were fixed for the first two years and then adjusted annually. BofA said the program may be expanded to include other types of loans. BofA's latest effort is part

bank of america: Bank of America Short sales SUCK Update - 01/01/10 08:02 PM
In my original blog http://activerain.com/blogsview/1391311/bank-of-america-short-sales-suck I expressed some of the challenges with this wonderful company. I am absolutely challenged to believe that a company that has theamount of loans that they service cannot be more organized, the continued lack of updates, one person not know ing or caring what is in the file. Two weeks later 12 calls, a total of 14 hours on the phone, a updated BPO ordered and 2 managers telling me how bad they have it working with Fannie Mae. Why not streamline the process not make it more difficult. Losses from a short sale is much less than the foreclosure

bank of america: Bank of America Short sales SUCK - 12/18/09 10:08 AM
I have been attempting to work with Bank Of America short sale department for over 6 months, my feeling at this time is that this company does not care nor does it want to help the homeowners that are in trouble. During this time The vale of the home has dropped $20K I have lost a buyer, Back to the start, Had a negotiator assigned that kicked out the file. said he was assigned in error, Was told that the loan had MI which was why it was originally kicked. Had the file suspended as they put it into a loan

bank of america: Bank of America Short sales, this is getting ridiculous - 12/04/09 09:52 AM
I have had the misfortune to be involved with a BofA short sale since may of this year, the level of service from Bank of America reps is all over the place, some are friendly and some are downright rude. Why should it take so long to get a decision, i have lost buyers because of the incompetence, had to get the foreclosure date moved 4 times while they wait to assign a negotiator. What can i do?, My client is at their wits end, the new buyer is getting frustrated and i still dint know what is going on. Andrew
