idx: IDX success story - 11/25/09 09:36 AM

I never thought that I would have anything positive to say about this terrible site,
it has its own vision of values,is a source of misinformation and anti Realtor, (all in my humble opinion)
But
I received a call yesterday on one of my properties, sent the lead to my buyers agent and lo and behold they wrote a above full price offer for a owner occupied home that has a great chance to be accepted. wonders never cease, next thing ill meet the tooth fairy.

idx: I just recieved the dredded "points Removed" cant figure out why. - 11/25/09 09:20 AM

I just posted a blog with some borderline sarcastic comments on our good friends at Zillow, i looked at it on my blog and had the yellow circle with the red "X".
I cant for the life of me figure out why,
Is my writing style that bad,
Did i offend the gods at Zillow.
Was it flagged in 1 minute on the board.
Why or what is the reason, any advice would be appreciated.
