If you live in Maricopa county Arizona take a moment to visit the COunty assessors website to check out all the information regarding your property. Please take a moment to make sure that tehre is no "Orphan Parcels" within your lot that has a separate tax ID, there are people that will buy the delinquent taxes on the orphan parcel then at a later date foreclose on it and thus foreclose on part of your property .
