Nobody wants to know much about taxes, but they are a fact of life. It's one of those two things that you can't avoid. (The other being death - which is definitely more unappealing).
Anyway, you still need to be educated, so.....I've attached a link to the Real Estate Tax Rates for all of the Maryland counties.  It also includes Washington, D.C. and Virginia.

What A Great Reason To Be A First Time Home Buyer - 10/20/08 02:23 PM
The First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit was passed this year as a part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act.  As a mother of three young adults who will be purchasing homes, this is fantastic news.
