Recently my mother came to live with us. This in itself is a life-changing event for anyone. In my line of work as a Feng Shui Master I come across many vegetarians. I do not have anything against anyone who declines meat. I believe that we each walk our own path. Whether that path includes consumption of meat is up to the traveler, not to me. However, I do not believe that people who do not eat meat are somehow more enlightened or even more virtuous than those who do. In China graves are aligned according to feng shui standards. Why? It's a form of ancestor worship. Because many people believe that correct positioning of the grave (especially the headstone) will bring prosperity to the decendants. The idea is that the bones will release the qi of the ancestor, and that qi will somehow be absorbed by the children. Yin house feng shui is a huge industry in the east.
