Open House @ WGV today - 05/29/10 05:56 PM
I'm sorry you all missed me at my fantastic open house in Turnberry at World Golf Village today!
Wine and cheese was enjoyed by all my visitors:; I had a great turnout with some possible leads.
Advertising with local papers for open houses is not the key... I'd say random open houses work better for me

Well it's raining here in St Augustine this morning and much needed I must say the grass is greener and the flowers are soaking it up to show off their vivid array of colors.
Just in time for Memorial weekend and the 22nd annual Blue Crab Festival in Palatka

OK my fellow Realtors, what designation would you recommend above all .....
I'm torn between ABR which I have the requirements for just need to spend the money for the class and of course pass it.
Green Designation or Resort and Second Homes.....
What have you most benefited from?
And for public readers what do you look for in an agent; is it even the alphabet designation soup at all; if so which one is most important to you?

What a gorgeous day here in St Augustine, great day to ride your bike on beach and take in some lunch at Sunset Grille.... Check out Panama Hatties on thursday night for a little nostalgia,  a great group of folks come in from 5-7pm for some music from the 40's and 50's played by local talent.....
