new hampshire: Uniquely Unique East Kingston New Hampshire Real Estate... - 07/14/07 01:12 PM
Uniquely unique is what living in East Kingston New Hampshire is all about and now you can own a piece of it at a great price.
East Kingston NH is a small rural town close to RT 95 and RT 125.  The town demographics as posted on their website states that East Kingston has grown 4 times larger in the last fifty years!
You would think that the town has really grown quite large!
Not so...The town 2005 Census estimate for East Kingston was a total of 2,231 residents.
East Kingston remains a small New England town.

Maybe I'm just slow but I just discovered that on localism the Rain dudes made working links to all my (our blog posts)...how very neat. Now I can copy the links and post them on my blog posts if I want so that a list of all my articles can be seen. Jay told me that everyone probably already knows this But I didn't and thought it was a very cool feature.  Obviously since Jay knew he never shared it with me. Maybe there are others like me...a bit clueless <ggg>!

Just when we thought it was safe to say Spring is in the air!!!

Jay and I arrived home last night after spending a few days on the beach down in sunny Myrtle Beach South Carolina.
We went from high 70's to a snow storm in 2 days.
I am glad we drove home yesterday and not today as we would have been driving our big 40 foot motor home in the snow.  Something we've not yet don't want to experience!

new hampshire: Hidden New Hampshire Talent - 04/04/07 05:19 AM
Last week I was invited to teach an Agency class for the North Country Board of REALTORS. Because they are located about 3 hours away from me they put me up in a hotel the night before.  It was a rainy foggy day as I arrived and the mist just enveloped the entire hotel...cradling it snugly! It was an awesome site to behold...lovely and serene and a bit spooky at the same time.  I just wish my camera would have done it justice.
Check out their web site for some truly fantastic shots. I stayed in the Mountain View Grand Hotel … (21 comments)
