prudential verani realty: Southern NH Real Estate Market - 06/05/08 09:24 AM
The Southern NH real estate market has kicked up a few notches. Are you taking advantage of it?
Buyers are buying real estate...no matter what you've heard on the news!
Remember the old saying Location-location-location? Make no mistake about it...your Location begins on the internet and not curb side.
If you have a home currently listed for sale, have you googled your address lately? What comes up...your listing agent's presentation of your home? Another agent's web site? How does your home "show" on the internet? Open and inviting? Nice pictures? Virtual tours? Video tours? Dedicated weblog by address? Creative ad copy? … (15 comments)

prudential verani realty: Sandown New Hampshire Hosts an Electronics Recycle Day - 06/16/07 05:26 PM

Got a dead computer??  Or maybe you have a few of them kicking around your attic?
They are not an easy item to get rid of just like all those old broken down T'V' s we've been collecting for years.
What do you do with them?
Can't set them out on the curb for the sanitation collectors to pick up and most of the time the local dumps won't accept them.
I think I have 2 old computers in my attic and more than a few monitors hanging around.
The town of Sandown New Hampshire is hosting a desperately needed Electronic … (9 comments)

prudential verani realty: Skiing at Gunstock in Gilford New Hampshire - 03/02/07 04:23 PM
Skiing at Gunstock in New Hampshire.
Skiing is one of New Hampshire special delights and our state is fortunate enough to offer a wide variety of skiing for every level and every budget.  Gunstock  is located in a town called Gilford near the popular town of Laconia. It's location is ideal and very easy to get to. The Gunstock website has a pretty neat interactive trail map...they didn't have this kind of stuff when I was skiing!Recently my son Michael took his 11 year old son skiing for his first time. I was pretty nervous about it but realized how ridiculous that … (7 comments)

prudential verani realty: Perception=Reality - 12/21/06 04:32 PM
Is Perception.... Reality in New Hampshire's Housing Market?
A special addition of the New Hampshire Association (NHAR) of REALTORS® Market trends written by Peter Francese was just released. It is pretty interesting and I've reprinted it below in it's entirety with the blessings of NHAR.  The comparison used is buying a flat panel HDTV and buying a house..While still expensive people still buy the TV..don't they? Even though those High-def TVs have come down in price since last year...they are still pricey and everyone knows that prices could likely be lower still next year...yet people buy. Peter goes on to say … (2 comments)

prudential verani realty: Information Overload??? - 11/06/06 07:55 AM
Some …somewhat  good news on the housing front this morning. Which is badly needed in the McGillicuddy household after that sloppy loss by the New England Patriots last night!  My poor husband Jay is still freaked out about it!
Not only is NAR on the bandwagon....but better news is hitting the press as well.
I got this article in my e-mail this morning and it put a smile on my face!  It seems fairly positive and written by Broderick Perkins a writer for Realty Times. Great reading with your morning coffee.
