It's been a strange week for me in Hampstead New Hampshire.
On Wednesday our town buried a fallen solider and I witnessed "hate" first hand. Between the Virginia tragedy, our local tragedy and all the flooding we've had, this week has been pretty sad.
Sad except for yesterday. I spent the day at a New Hampshire Association of REALTORS mediation training. Even if I wasn't a mediator I would have taken this class as the negotiation skills that you learn in mediation also apply to real estate.
