Saturday, April 21, 2012 is the town of Hampstead NH's annual fishing Derby. This is open to girls and boys up to age 15 from all towns. Registration begins at 7:00 am and the derby starts at 8:00 am. There are prizes and the day is guaranteed to be a fun filled event for all.The Derby is held at Shop Pond in Hampstead NH.

Rockingham County NH Real Estate Market Update - 04/19/12 06:47 PM
First quarter residential home sales in Rockingham County New Hampshire are in for 2012 versus 2011. Homes for sale are down 6.6% from the first quarter of 2011. There were 1720 homes for sale at the end of March 2011 compared to 1607 at the end of the first quarter of 2012.up Pending sales are way up in 2012 vs 2011. They are 261 pending home sales in 2012 vs only 206 at the end of quarter one n 2011. That's a 26.7% increase. I took this short video at low tide from out on the rocks on a very cold and windy April day.  We had stopped by Fort Constitution and I wanted to try and get panaramic view video showing the ighthouse, the Piscatqua River and Atlantic ocean.
