happy holidays: Make a Home for the Holidays - 12/23/08 09:05 AM

We all know that there is no place like being in your own home for the Holidays!
So why wait... mortgage rates are at historic low levels, the best they've been in 46 years! Inventory is plentiful and home prices are incredible.
Sellers are very motivated and would like nothing better than to put a bright holiday bow around their home for you.
Imagine starting out the New Year owning your home… what better gift to give yourself and your loved ones.
Bottom Line: This is the best time in 46 years to purchase a home and that alone makes home … (15 comments)

happy holidays: Happy Holidays - 12/21/08 04:50 PM

December so far has been a very challenging month for us.
We spent eight days without power in the cold during a terrible Killer Ice Storm that crippled the state. In fact today, 10 full days after that storm there are still many New Hampshire people without power.
It's amazing that something like that can happen in the year 2008...that people can freeze to death in their homes!
It also makes you realize what is important and puts a lot of life's day to day stresses in perspective.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
We decided to take a ride this afternoon so that I could take some pictures with my new camera.
Christmas In New Hampshire is very old fashioned and I just love looking at how folks decorate their homes and doorways.
Jay gave me my gift early, a new little camera and I had fun playing with it….I hope you enjoy my little Christmas Eve show.
From deep in our hearts…we wish you all an extra special Holiday….Merry Christmas and may it be filled with Happiness.
