Like Dorthy said in the Wizard of Oz "There is no place like home"... I say there is no place like your own waterfront home and as we travel the road into winter there is no better time to buy than now.
A recent question posed via e-mail asked "When is the best time to buy a waterfront property in NH?" and "When can I get the best "deal" for waterfront in NH?".
When is the best time to buy? The best time in my opinion is at the end of the summer and into fall but before the cold freezing … (6 comments)
