Choosing the wrong REALTOR... one who has no Internet marketing plan or Internet presence in this day and age can be devastating! It can make a difference in whether or not you sell your home!
Before you list your home, Google your REALTOR's name.
Can you find them on the net? Do you know that depending on what survey you believe that 85 to 95% of today's home buyers search on the Internet. That is a huge number.
If you can't find your agent on the net...how will your potential buyers?

**Attention New Hampshire REALTORS**
All New Hampshire real estate agents will need to have 12 hours of continuing education credits to renew their real estate license.
This will become effective as of July 2008 so don’t get caught short!
You will need a total Nine hours of Elective credit and three hours of CORE...that means a whopping Twelve Hours!
It's about time if you ask me!

new hampshire real estate: First Impressions...who cares?? - 05/08/08 02:13 PM
It’s May and in New Hampshire my grass is green and my flowers are starting to peek out. Yet last week I got an invite to an open house…the picture of the house had at least a half a foot of snow on the roof.
Yesterday I surfed the MLS and I noticed a listing that had recently expired, the listing photo had a few feet of snow on the ground. 
Another new listing has 2 photos repeated 3 times…so 8 photo spots used up in the MLS of the same two shots, another showed dishes and clutter on the counters. … (20 comments)

This is pretty cool and something a little different than the traditional sitting on Santa's lap routine. 
Today, Saturday December 15th at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Santa will be in Londonderry New Hampshire at the Londonderry Access Center.
This is your child's opportunity to be on TV with Santa. 
Not only Santa will be on hand to listen to your child's wish list but he'll also give them a special treat as well as being broadcast on CTV-20 for everyone to see.

Some days you work nights....or better yet some days you just shouldn't work at all.

I've had a pretty interesting week...first there was my encounter with the lovely biker chick and then my encounter with Mr. closing dates aren't important. I think I should have known enough to pack it in for the rest of the week. Today we awoke to freezing rain...the dreaded black ice...there are few things in life I fear more than the dreaded black ice! I'm sure you've all heard the phrase "What a Small World it is" well let me tell what a small world it really is. I got a surprise phone call from Colleen Kulikowski     just to chat and offer her help if ever needed!  She could tell that I am a major newbie to blogging with a ton of questions!!!
