Hampstead New Hampshire is a quaint little bedroom community that is 7 miles north of Interstate 495 and 7 miles east of Interstate 93. Approximately 9,000 residents reside here and Hampstead boasts a great school system. They have an elementary school for 1 st to 4th grade and a middle school for 5th thru 8th. High School is Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. Sales have been strong in town and prices have been steady over the years. In the boom years of 1995 to 2005 home prices have skyrocketed.
