nh waterfront homes for sale: 26 Wilders Grove Road Newton NH Waterfront Home For Sale - 05/03/12 06:02 AM
26 Wilders Grove Road Newton NH Area Video Many people want to live on the water, they want that special lifestyle that waterfront living brings but they also want privacy.
Usually the two do not go hand in hand unless of course you can afford to buy abutting properties.  Congested areas, small lots, crowded conditions at least street side are the norm for most water properties.
26 Wilders Grove Road is no exception to this, in fact when you drive up to the house it looks crowded and small but what you can’t see from the road is how awesome the … (3 comments)

nh waterfront homes for sale: There's no place like Home... a New Hampshire waterfont home that is... - 10/14/08 08:03 PM
Like Dorthy said in the Wizard of Oz "There is no place like home"... I say there is no place like your own waterfront home and as we travel the road into winter there is no better time to buy than now.
A recent question posed via e-mail asked "When is the best time to buy a waterfront property in NH?" and "When can I get the best "deal" for waterfront in NH?".
When is the best time to buy? The best time in my opinion is at the end of the summer and into fall but before the cold freezing … (6 comments)

nh waterfront homes for sale: New Hampshire a waterfront mecca... - 06/27/08 08:32 PM
Summer in NH…a true waterfront mecca.
I love summer in New Hampshire. I love our rocky coastline and our wonderful lakes and ponds.
New Hampshire has so many lakes, ponds, streams and rivers that water recreation can be found just about everywhere.
The list is huge starting from the First and Second Connecticut Lakes, Lake Francis, Umbagog Lake, Lake Winnipesaukee, Squam Lake, New Found Lake, Winnisquam Lake, Big Island Pond, Pawtuckaway Lake to name just a few and then of course there are The Rivers.
We can't forget rivers like the Connecticut River, Piscataqua River, and the Merrimack River. Most offer … (9 comments)

nh waterfront homes for sale: Pawtuckaway Lake... A New Hampshire Gem - 04/29/08 08:03 PM
I love Pawtuckaway Lake in Nottingham NH. It is a good size lake and for a kayaker there are miles of shore line and coves to explore. Jay and I have been out on the lake and let me tell you it is a joy to paddle.
Pawtuckaway Lake is incredibly popular with a little over 800 acres of water and miles of shore line.
Pawtuckaway State Park is also located on the shores of Pawtuckaway Lake and is home to a very popular campground. This is an awesome state park which has 5,500 acres of land, not only ideal for … (18 comments)

nh waterfront homes for sale: Collettes Grove, Big Island Pond a southern NH gem - 04/27/08 08:44 PM
Big Island Pond is located in Southern New Hampshire in the towns of Atkinson, Hampstead and Derry NH.
It is a very popular 500 +/- acre lake, with 15 miles of shoreline and clear waters as deep as 75 feet that. Big Island Pond enjoys a great real estate reputation, meaning that property values traditionally have remained strong.
Big island Pond is a private pond with no public beaches or access other than a day fishing permit. The pond has one campground located in the town of Hampstead called Sanborn Shore Acres which is family owned campground that is always booked … (13 comments)

nh waterfront homes for sale: New Hampshire Waterfront..ideal for Sun-Sational Living - 04/22/08 04:38 PM
Southern New Hampshire is lucky to be home to many lovely lakes and ponds and since Jay and I love to kayak it’s the perfect spot for us to live. We’ve enjoyed kayaking on many of our lakes. Some are private so you would need to know someone who lives on the water or in some cases just lives in that town. Like Hampstead’s popular Sunset Lake which is open to all residents, so no need to live on the water to have access to it.
There are many fantastic NH waterfront homes for sale in all price ranges all over … (17 comments)

nh waterfront homes for sale: NH Waterfront Homes for sale - 04/20/08 09:05 AM

Yesterday was a busy real estate day for us in NH.
Jay wrote a purchase offer for his buyer clients on a lovely house and we took a new waterfront listing on Powwow Pond at 31 Circuit Drive in Kingston NH.  MLS # 2716150
This home is gorgeous and is an exceptionally well crafted custom home with over 3500 sq ft of living space.
The owners spared no expense in creating this one of a kind dream home with amenities galore.
I fell in love with the kitchen…gleaming granite, stainless appliances, tile floor,8 burner gas stove, wine cooler…you name it this home … (11 comments)
