North Hampton NH Real Estate Market Update North Hampton is just north of Hampton Beach and is an upscale community where home prices are 43% higher than Hampton, NH. North Hampton New Hampshire home sales were up 4.8% but home sale prices were down 11.5%. Days on the market actually decreased on average by 13 days. So real estate sells faster in North Hampton, there were more sales but prices were down in comparison to 2010.
