Just when we thought it was safe to take off the snow tires!  Sure it snowed a bunch today- but I know that by about March 10th the snow will be meling and spring will starting springing up around us.
That is really good to know- we tend to be seasonal up here in NW Montan. That is why Now is the time own your

Here the water can be so clear you see the rocks at the bottom of river bed as the water flows

Lake front land and homes seem to be moving.
Those you have wanted to get on the lake see this price drop as an answer to their prayers.
They are buying a lifestyle - and whether it be for retirement or family fun and I think they
are getting alot for their money.
Look in to recreational properties even in this down turn market.

Do unto others as you would have them  do unto you.
Take the time to refer those clients that are moving out of your area.
Not only will you Make a little money for your effort - you will give them a head
start with an agent that you have checked out .
Think about it and it makes alot of sense.

More Showings! It is beginning! - 02/21/09 11:29 AM
The market seems to be starting to move here in NW Montana.
More agents are calling for appts. to show homes- a few more buy/sells
and closings are starting to trickle in.
I hope that this is the trend in other areas.
