Less than 2 kids per household average...and you just listed a smasher size home with extra helping of everything. One that is big enough for three generations under one roof. Mom and dad out back in the first floor section..just like the Walton's TV show. And the hire hands sleep over the woodshed in the back shed chamber. You and the Mrs and all those kids around a 22 foot long Thanksgiving table.
