This is what the bugle sounded today...hot off the press. MAINE HOME SALES UP IN MARCH:  In a press release to the media today, MREIS reports that Maine home sales increased 42% in March 2010, compared with March 2009. The median sales price for that same period increased nearly 10% to $164,900.

According tothe Maine Real Estate Information System, Inc., Maine's Realtors sold 1,133 homes lastmonth -- a 13.76 percent increase from one year ago.
