maine winter recreation: Maine Winter Approaches And Those Snowsleds, Snowmobiles Look Like Fun To Climb On, Pull The Gas Trigger. - 11/07/09 10:14 AM
Exploring, discovering Northern Maine and going places you can not get by car on a snowmobile, snowsled. Have you thought it looked like fun? It is and the Aroostook County trail system is groomed, wide, and easy to travel from the motel you stay at. Maine snowsled trail groomers drag a path in and out of local Aroostook County motels and places to eat.

maine winter recreation: Largest Snow Storm Of The Year For Maine..Behind Us! - 02/24/09 09:21 AM
Lots of white fluffy snow for skiing, snowsledding and yes, shoveling off roofs and plowing yards.     Yesterday was stormy and school got canceled. 26 inches of snow Orient..in the Grand Lake region. Not weird shaped townships of areas that look like difficult puzzle pieces...think square new brownies cut out of a square pan...that's Northern Maine.  As you get west of US Rt 1 Or RT 11,  you … (0 comments)
