You just left a new listing, are about to upload the property information to get it on line on the Maine MLS for all to see but sometimes that print out leaves so much out about the place. You want to share with the online public all the special features, conveniences, updates to this new say home listing. But the simple harness you put on the property plow horse provides for number of bedrooms, lot size, is there a fireplace or cathedral ceiling, skylight in this, this or this room. When I worked in radio at a Houlton Maine station owned by Howdy Doody, the power of the transmitter was 1000 watts AM. And at sundown, we had to lower power to 250 watts. That is not a lot of juice going in to the antennae. But back in the 1970's, there were not so many other radio and television transmitters, or all the cell phone towers, other communication zinging, singing thru the airwaves in Northern Maine. You work hard to get the world out about your real estate listings or how great the Maine area you live in is. But do you do enough to tie the blogs, the internet sites, the social media outlets together? Sending lines or links back and forth just helps you crab walk up the search engine ladder to be found by your customers. Are you doing that cross pollination in addition to placement in as many hard working venues as you can to buttress your realtor.com, your own website and networked with others in ActiveRain, Blogger, Word Press and others?
