You have the showing all set up.  It was a bugger to arrange as the renter in the house did not really ever find it convenient for you to show the castle you have listed for sale.  The large hungry dog does not resemble Lassie or anything you had as a child.  You forgot your piece of bologna to cause a diversion as you dash for the door.  What happens now? Ever list a place that you feel like you are at an animal ranch..one that is INSIDE the home? What do you do?  Nice folks..obviously pet friendly and kind to their animals that are like part of the family.
