If you link up with a person where you want to change 90% of who they are, that is not a good match. It presents a heck of a challenge if you go in with short term attraction but not long term compatibility. Real estate is like dating. The process of elimination, selection, locating a good "fit" for you. It starts with knowing who you are, what makes you tick.
