Litchfield, NH Market Condition - Absorption Rate 9-2007 - 10/02/07 09:33 PM
The Market Absorption Rate is a theory that helps to illustrate where the market is - are we in a buyers, or sellers market? As of today Oct 2, there are 61 Residential Homes for sale in Litchfield, NH. For the month of September 5 Residential Homes sold. So, taking the 1 month of sales for September, and dividing it into the total inventory of 61 we get 12.2. That number 12.2 represents the theoretical number of months of inventory that is currently on the market in Litchfield. A true Sellers Market would be indicated by less than 6 months of inventory. 12.2 indicates that (0 comments)
