New England Patriots have made history on multiple fronts tonight.
Record Touchdown passes!
Record Touchdown receptions!
Record for most points scored in a season!
Perfect season at 16-0.
Can they make it a to a Superbowl victory?  Make it 4 rings in 7 years????
No the second half of the season was nothing like the first.  The Pats ceased clubbing their opponents like baby seals after the 52-10 drubbing of the Bills in November, and had us on the edge of our seats against the hapless Ravens (thank god for that opportune timout call!  Someones gonna be looking for another job next season.), and now looking like … (7 comments)

No more talk of Dynasty.  That had pretty much already been locked up.
Now it is a question of the perfect season.
What do you think?  So far the Giants are coming on strong.  Are we seeing the seeds of an upset?  Will the Giants rest their starters?
I for one am looking forward to a good game, but have no fear that the Patriots will win.  They have been in tougher situations in the past with less talent to work with and have made it happen.

There has never been a better time than now to find that new home you have always wanted.  Interest rates are low, new home inventories are abundant and there are not a lot of other buyers out there during the holiday season.  Strike while the iron is hot!

I was reminded of an email I received recently after reading Gail  Gladstone's recent post "YOUR SKIN WILL TURN PURPLE" about email chain letters, phishing and the numerous other forms of junk and cheats we are exposed to daily.
This one does seem to be a legitimate issue and is verifiable through snopes.com

Elderly Tax Exemption Comparison Southern NH - 12/01/07 10:59 PM
I have posted a few times recently regarding the Elderly Tax exemption laws in NH.  The rules are determined on a town by town basis though they all follow similar guidelines and can change from time to time.  As the state of NH has no income or sales tax the state, county and town budgets must be supported by property taxes.  In order to relieve the tax burden on the elderly, towns will put exemptions in place.

So, taking the 1 month sales of 9 units for November, and dividing it into the total inventory of 141 we get 15.66.
