I am traveling constantly teaching and training agents on short sales, and the more an more I hear people say things like "I don't want to doa short sale" or "they take to long" or something negative about short sales along those lines. People say they take to much time and there is no money in them, well I'm here to tell you that's false!!!

 All real estate agents should be aware of a set of new Federal consumer protection rules which went into effect July 30th. Keeping clients up-to-date with the latest, best information is key to closing successful transactions, and keeping happy clients. Kenneth R.
