Have you staged your house to put it on the market for sale? Are you trying to stage your house to rent? There's no question that good staging can improve your chances for you to sell or rent your house over a house that is not, but after the house is staged what happens next.

It is now time to market your house.

You either find a realtor to sell or rent your house or try to sell your house for sale by owner or for rent by owner. Right? Correct!! Either you or your real estate agent is going to walk around your house and take photos to put on the MLS, or Craigslist.

These photos may even be distributed to Hotpads, Backpage, Zillow, Trulia, local newspaper(Jessamine Journal, Herald Leader), Realtor, fsbo.com, forsalebyowner.com, LBAR, Google, Overstock and the list goes on and on.

The photos that you take of your house maybe the single most important part of your marketing.

I have a great job. I get to photograph homes for the best professionals in real estate. I get to see the most awesome homes in and around Lexington, Ky.

I photographed this home for Whitney Pannell with A.S. de Movellan last week and just finished the video this morning.

I Love Benny Goodman's music and used one of his tracks for viewing music.

I sent out about 50 E-mails awhile back introducing my real estate photography and received no responses.

Week before last I sent out the same e-mail with a YouTube video and got back two responses with two scheduled photo shoots within two days.
