first time homebuyers: Previewing homes and getting clients in the process. - 08/17/08 08:11 PM
This month, I will be closing two transactions that are the direct result of my expressing disbelief regarding the price of a home that I previewed.
 
In both cases, the homes purchased were miles away of the "TOPIC" home that I made mention of during a conversation.
