realtystorecom: Shouldn't Users of IDX Data be Bound to the Code of Ethics we are? - 12/28/11 08:03 PM

Who's running the scam on this listing found on Homes.com? http://www.homes.com/listing/145629157/MESA_AZ_85205?
My client pointed this out to me and from the street photo, I was able to determine that it was a "LIAR's LISTING" put out on the web just so some company can trick unknowing buyers to sign up for their inaccurate data feed. If agents that are bound by the Code of Ethics are the one's getting the listing on the MLS, shouldn't it be a requirement that the IDX subscribers should be required to be ethical in their practices? This is a clear example of the www.realtystore.com scam … (2 comments)
