Are NYC condos pets friendly? This will depend on individual condo or coop building in NYC. Many NYC buildings will allow pets, but will have specific guidelines that states if the building allow both cats and dogs and the size and quantity of each. Aggressive breeds of dogs are usually prohibited. If your dog is (50 lbs+) there are only several buildings that will be available to you.
