Paying it Forward..Turning Off The GasWhen showing other agents properties it is also our responsibility to report anything that might not be right at the property.I showed a vacant house that was staged and the gas fireplace was burning. At first I thought that it was a nice touch for our showing since it was staged.As we left the property the fireplace burning wouldn’t leave my mind.As I returned feedback to the listing agent I asked her if the fireplace should be on.She said “NO”.She also said that she lives about 1 hour away from the property so it might be … (4 comments)
