A lot of potential home buyers do not know the leverage, expertise, “heavy lifting” and support they are leaving on the table by not retaining a real estate agent to help them shop, negotiate and purchase a home. The most staggering piece to this lack of retention is that from a buyer’s standpoint, the REAL ESTATE AGENT WORKS FOR FREE!!!
