An American Dream has become an American Nightmare for some homeowners. As the guidelines for sub-prime mortgages tightens more and more families will have to wait and be patient to purchase their home.
My Thoughts:
The changing of the guidelines is making it more difficult for borrowers to get approved by major financing institutions. I personally don't see any light at the end of the tunnel for the time being.
