I want to touch base with all the realestate pros out there and see what their favorite phone is. I was with tmobile and still am till the 5th or so, because they lost me a lot of money and charged me 108$ for text i didn't send. But anyways i have switched to sprint i got a great deal there my soon to be wife works there. I recently got a Katana until i decide what i want. New years eve is right around the corner. Most of us will be celebrating, remember to be safe.
So after the new year begins what does everyone think will happen to the market. You think the resales and new homes will increase or decrease. The number of people in the real estate industry will increase or decrease. Rate up or down. I know many people that think that will be a better year than last year. Applications DiveThe Market Composite Index, an overall measure of mortgage applications, fell from 647.6 to 555.8 on a seasonally adjusted basis during the week ended Dec. 22, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association's Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey. On an unadjusted basis, applications decreased 15.0% on the week but were up 16.6% from the level recorded a year earlier. The Purchase Index fell from 436.5 to 390.2 on a seasonally adjusted basis, while the Refinance Index fell from 1968.8 to 1604.6. Merry Christmas I like the sound of that, not happy holidays. How many people out there say merry Christmas? and how many say happy holidays?  I have heard so many people say happy holidays then today at nordstroms the guy said merry Christmas. I was shocked, I think he might get in trouble by management for that. You know how you have to be political correct.

Great time to get sick - 12/18/06 02:11 PM
I just recently got real sick. I have stayed home for 5 days now, still working from home but why is it that people go out real sick and make others sick? When you are sick you should get rest, well i was told by a doctor anyways . Do you go to work sick? or do you go to the doc and bed. I have a question is this the time of year to go everywhere sick? i was at the gym on last Wednesday there was like 5 sick people there coughing all over the place, hacking then getting on … (0 comments)

Happy holidays everyone, hopefully everyone is doing well. I had a few questions for all the real estate professionals out there. Is everyone noticing that this holiday season people want to still buy homes in the winter? I have be en in the industry for 4 years now and this year my clients want to move before the holidays. I can't complain. Is it the market values? Is it the rates? Or is it just after a few years in the business that you start to get even more clients? Let me know what you all think.
