Although no one can really predict where it will be exactly by the middle of next year or else we would all be rich, it would be fun to take a wild/educated guess! How cool is this mapping application. http://www.mapjack.com/ . Think about how you can apply some of these features to further the online experience for the consumer in the real estate arena. I already see some cool experiments going on in this industry so this is just the beginning for our industry. With mobile applications such as the iPhone, social networking, and other disruptive business models, these are definitely exciting times. What do you guys think?

How Do You Like Your iPhone?

I've been playing around with the iPhone lately and I have to say, I love it! The user interface is pretty slick and the touch screen functionality is outstanding. They just opened up their platform for developers so I predict a lot of cool applications in the future to complement this tool. Definitely a watershed moment in mobility devices.

All In One Personal Finance Application

Came across the launch of a new site today called Mint. It's basically a personal finance application that lets users track and monitor their financials in one place. It also tracks bank, credit union and credit card transactions and alerts users to upcoming bills, low balances or unusual spending. Mint’s patent-pending technology automatically categorizes transactions, so users know with precision where they are spending money, what their bank and credit balances are, and how much interest they have earned. Not sure how well this will do because you have to input some personal financial information and account information. Do you guys think people are ready for something like this?

I came across an interesting tool that actually gives your website a grade. It also gives some seo advice on what is wrong with your site if there is any. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but thought it would be fun to try. I got an 86 which would yield a B. How did everyone else fare?

New Mortgage Calculator Widget

Since the last widget was a bit static some of you wanted to see more customizable features available, so I created one that is a bit more fun. It allows the ability to resize by dragging the bottom right hand side of the calculator to whichever dimensions you see fit. I also added multiple ways to change each aspect of how the calculator looks to fit into any web page color scheme. It was quite a fun weekend project.
