Can we all agree that the trash-men are not hired for their personal appearances...they have to be physically fit and can "pick things up and put them down" to quote a national gym chain. My trash man needs a shave.

Wednesday may be trash pick up day where you live...our services are on any day your teenager leaves a bag of trash out over night. Some my think this level of service is to be applauded...in reality it requires excessive additional clean-up.

We have some funny looking landscapers...who also could use a shave.

Like many people who see the beautiful sights of their area so often they can get immune to what others would see as breath-taking. I have to re-visit my stomping grounds to appreciate the wonder of the White Mountains.
 A day in the life...Friends decide to meet for golf, an afternoon tee time allows those traveling to reach the destination. But for me I am close to begin with, and need to get out of the office to explore before tee time.
                  First Stop Flume Gorge Lincoln NH... 4 miles from my office and a frequent stop for me.

Pending Home Sales Hit 2 Year High:  Contracts to purchase previously owned U.S. homes matched a two-year high in May, fueling optimism the housing market is poised for a recovery.
The National Association of Realtors said on Wednesday its Pending Home Sales Index, based on contracts signed last month, rose 5.9 percent to 101.1. The index level matched the two-year high reached in March, while the gain was the largest since October 2011.
