It’s easy to track the market, sales in surrounding states have always been a great predictor of what is about to come in the Resort market of New Hampshire. I’ve often said look to Massachusetts to see where we will be in nine month. The second home resort’s of New Hampshire starts to deliver after the 9 months market gestation period – track-able from Massachusetts. How do I know this?...I’ve been a Realtor near Loon Mtn. for 28 years.
 
Which brings me to the best deal before snow flies.

While these three location vary in price and size considerably they have one thing in common…they share a recreation center. The amenities are available on a private club basis and that may seem odd if you were to assume this is a condominium project. In fact all three of these subdivisions were sold as a PUD (planned unit development…I’ve also seen Urban used in place of unit). White Mountain New Hampshire - August Sunset - 08/06/12 07:16 PM
The sun has begun to set a bit earlier and it tends to go from color to dark rather quickly. If you are not paying attention to the night sky's you just might miss the best sunsets as it goes down over the Pemigewasset river.

From my back yard over looking the pond and just a glimpse of the Pemi river...I love this view.

My Man made pond and river frontage on the Pemigewasset frames the August Sunsets so well...I hope you enjoy my view.

I just linked these two virtual tours to the Listings MLS pages. We have been doing these on-line tours for a number of years.
The photographer actually takes a series of still shots and mends them together as a seamless shoot.
