This 1,100 square foot , 2 bedroom 2 bath features a unique lock-out arrangement with a separate hotel room deeded as part of the condo but available for additional use or income. Yes the down side is the purchase will require a portfolio loan, as FHA will not loan on condo-hotel style ownership.
