It takes all kinds of clients and customers to create a real estate business. I have met Kings and Kleptomaniacs…I have toured the Taj Mahal and shown trailers. I enjoy the detours and side trips of life; they are what make the journey interesting.
It takes a village to raise and idiot…and I keep stating up when they ask for volunteers. I have never listened to this deal can’t be done…when the transaction is getting dark I find enough light to see it through.

I don't know when it happened but it must have been today, as I casually glanced at the number of members I noticed a new milestone has been reached. 150,000+ members for the first time. This truly says something about this blog platform. As the number of real estate professionals decline in this difficult market, the more determined are finding the Activerain site. It shouldn't be a big surprise, there are so many talented members offering excellent advice for free, this ground swell shouldn't be a surprise at all. Friends ask hows the market? and how are you doing? Maybe both questions are rhetorical but they ask. If you don't have the horse power to throw money around in your marketing budget, my good friends here have allows me to run with their (free or low cost) suggestions, and active rain itself has given me face time and world wide web recognition. We all grumble at the media, But lets face it the strong will survive and we can't control the negative spin and "the news business".But we do control our own business, livelihood and how we conduct ourselves in public.
