When we spring the clocks forward, naturally the thoughts of melting snow and projects put off for the winter will be coming to mind. Don't get me wrong we expect to be skiing for another month and a half (Easter Weekend is usually the closing date), but now is the time to plan for building. With Designs, local building permits and a Architectural approval process Looming ahead of you...want to be digging as soon as the frost is out of the ground.

Sometimes one sale can have a greater effect on a subdivision than "Just" a single transaction. Families are still willing to buy the right location when they see the long term value of that decision. Yesterday’s closed sale dispels any concerns for this slope side subdivision at Loon Mountain in Lincoln NH. Pending site with a ski trail on the property closed for $415,000.

Big Beautiful Adirondack construction home. We are in the early stages of building, with the structural beams are in place. The Two Bedroom – Three Car Garage (Carriage House is finished inside) was the first thing to go up. The Owners wanted a place to stay while the rest of the home Was being worked on.
