I am going to start uploading my office's listings to my ActiveRain profile like I am doing with my Zillow Profile to help my sellers out some more. With all the recent changes in the market and the advancement of technology a I need to keep my sellers happy! All listings will be tagged listings convienently :)
 
Only being a semi active member of the network i still get solicitation from non members regarding their service. It really is annoying as i am trying to grow my business through a pull strategy others are seeking people out just to spam with their services. It reminds me of the e-flyers that are sent out by agents announcing they have a new listing. Just more junk on top of junk.
 
Tomorrow Bryan, Toby and I are leaving for Arizona for my nephews college graduation. It is going to be a whole family adventure and an exciting time. It is also going to give us time to look at the housing market, style of homes and living culture compared to Washington. I am really looking forward to it so see everyone when we get back.
 

Last week, I got a phone call from a client wanting to buy some property in Snohomish County within a mile of Puget Sound and a mile of a golf course. He is a a very specific buyer and what a great person to work with. I have to thank Toby for making it all happen because the new buyer found us through my Kayak community waterfront listing that Toby put all over the internet as part of a marketing proposal for that client. This year just keeps getting better and better.

 
I have been really busy these last two weeks and it is a nice change for me. Toby has just informed me that last month our website had its third highest day in traffic in the history of our website, 17,749. With the increase in business and the increase in web traffic 2007 looks to be a great year. I'll just keep my hopes high and nose to the grind stone.
 

The other day I recieved a phone call from a buyer who wanted to see one of my Marysville real estate listings that they found on our website. They didn't end up buying that home but I got a listing out of the deal and help write them up a FSBO as well. It is a great to see the internet really increase our small companies advertising efforts. Well got to get some work done :)

 

It has been awhile since my last post and I am surprised to see there are now 22 members in Marysville and 72 on Snohomish County. The network is definetly catching on and from what I can see it won't be slowing down anytime soon.

I wish there were more listing available for advertising but right now with the market conditions and the holidays there hasn't been a whole lot of motivation for the holidays. I am working on my plan for the New Year and with any luck it should go well.

Well I better run and get a few items done for the holidays!!
