Starting a new real estate company is interesting enough but there are so many things to think about!  All of you Brokers out there... I truely appreciate you now!!!  If you are independant.. its even harder!  software, hiring, changing hats( you are not trying to be an agent any more!) training etc.  I spend hours looking at websites, software, etc... Please learn to appreciate those folks who do it all for you!!! … (10 comments)

 So, I want to start a new real estate company!!! Why?  After all these years why would I want to do this?  I think I have always wanted to have a company... I love people, I love agents, I hate to compete against them, I love to teach.. and above all I love to see people do better...
