Glenview's Wagner Farm is holding a Cheesemaking 101 Class on Saturday, May 5 from 9am to noon. Everyone over 18 is welcome to join the cooking class and make a farmers cheese of their very own to take home and enjoy. There will also be tips and recipes for making other cheeses.
