We are looking at homes sold data for the last four years verses the last twelve months to determine the state of the market in Atkinson, NH.  There were 84 homes sold in 2006 with an average market time of 102 days.  2007 saw 79 homes sold and days on market up to 111.  While the recession was fully entrenched in 2008, 68 homes sold and days on market went way up to 144 days.  While the Federal Home Buyer Tax Credit was established to prop up a sagging national market in 2009 we … (0 comments)
