Dover NH Real Estate Report September 2010
We are looking at homes sold data for the last four years verses the last twelve monhts to date (9-15-2010) to determine the state of the market in Dover. There were 438 homes sold in 2006 with average days on market of 84 indicating a pretty hot market. 2007 saw a 12% decrease in homes sold to 386 and average days went up to 102. Amid recessionary pressures in 2008, there were only 281 homes sold and those homes spent 122 days on the market. While the Federal Home Buyer Tax Credit was established … (3 comments)
