HUD homes are government owned foreclosed homes the government is offering for sale. There are some big changes happening. HUD is looking to liquidate some of the 52 properties in it's inventory in New Hampshire.
This Somersworth, NH post and beam cape was for sale at $177,000 and HUD dropped their asking price to $55,000.
