Dover NH Real Estate Market There is no question the inventory of homes for sale in Dover is at an eight year low.  Over the last four years, we have had roughly 220-230 homes and condos for sale at any given time.  We currently have 139 homes and condos available and sales are quite brisk.

The Affordability Index Don't kick yourself in 2014 for not buying in 2013.  There is no doubt mortgage rates are at the lowest levels in decades which puts buyer's purchase power at it's peak.  As mortgage rates go up, purchase power goes down.  The Affordablity Index is lower today than it was two weeks ago.  Look at this graphical illustration of the mortgage rate performance over the last year.
