Building My Own Custom Modular Home In Fishkill, and Other Areas in Dutchess County, NY.  What Are the Steps?
I live in a stick built colonial.  I LOVE my home and I LOVE the property!  I was impressed that it was stick built when I bought it.  The builder did a great job.  I would recommend him!  It is solid. 

BUT, so is a modular.  In fact, if I ever buy a new home again, I will build a modular.  Why?

Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath Home in Highly Desirable Cedar Knolls, Fishkill, New York.
 Cedar Knolls is a beautiful neighborhood in Southern Dutchess County. 
The town is Fishkill.  Fishkill has everything you could want from Splashdown, a Water Park to easy access to Metro North http://www.mta.nyc.ny.us/mnr/  to get to NYC.  The nearby Hudson river offers boat tours, http://www.hudsonriver.com/cruises.htm swimming, and beautiful views. 
Beacon, which borders Fishkill has the DIA museum http://www.diabeacon.org/sites/main/beacon where you can view amazing art just off the river.  There is a lot of fine dining, pubs, shopping just minutes away.
