Happy New Year! Great news, we've been through an election, a "financial crisis," and housing bust ... it can only get better.
No one said that life should be easy, and for many, 2008 has been a real challenge. As we slide into 2009 just remember a few basic things and have fun with the rest: life is short, someone else is in a worse situation than you, make the best of what you have-not what you don't have and live each day like it was your last.
