Have you ever walked into your office and wished you hadn't gone through the door? Do you find yourself avoiding agents who constantly complain and bring you down? Me too!

Agents, it's time to look in the mirror and take some responsibility. If you're not doing as well as you would like I have something to tell you. It's NOT your broker's fault, your associates fault, your wife/husband, or the fact that it's a full moon! You simply need to realize that this industry takes work. Real work.
